At EYEAMCREATION, we take pride in delivering your chosen artwork safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email with an estimated delivery timeline.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and local postal services)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather delays, customs, etc.).

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
  

International Shipping & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
• We cannot control or predict these fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and artwork.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
