Eligibility for Returns

• Original Artworks: Due to their unique, handmade nature, original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Art Prints & Reproductions: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Digital/downloadable products
• Commissioned/custom artworks

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at eyeamcreation@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Contact us at eyeamcreation@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
