Eternal Self

Eternal Self

Eternal Self

I kneel, lost in the vastness of life’s meaning, considering its hardships, its falls, and the sudden moments of
clarity that illuminate the path. I weigh gratitude against anger, despair against fleeting joys, reflecting on the
lessons that seem to arrive just when I thought I had everything figured out.

Where do those waves of strength come from, right before I’m ready to surrender?

Again and again, I make peace with life’s cyclical nature—its ebbs and flows. I see the beauty in this rhythm,
and the power that comes from accepting that there is no joy without sorrow, no fullness without hunger.

This is the blissful state, where all of life’s paradoxes are held in balance.

In this moment of recognition, I rest—between the in-breath and the out-breath, in perfect stillness, no longer
chasing, wanting, or grasping.

Like a mountain, I rest—rooted, serene, in my own skin.
